TORGO Mongolian Restaurant is a great place to experience authentic Mongolian food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can expect traditional dishes, generous portions, fresh flavors, and friendly service. The menu offers a nice variety of Mongolian favorites, making it a good spot for both first-time visitors and anyone already familiar with Mongolian cuisine. A unique place to enjoy something different in the Chicago area.
I had the Khuushuur which is mongolian deep fried flat dumpling type of dish. Let me tell you how enormous they are. They were so juicy because they used diced meat instead of ground beef. Not so many places do that way. Khuushuur comes with 2 types salads as well. Preciously i had their tsuivan which was another great dish. I had thick slices of beef brisket and lot of meat. Noodle was perfect chewy yet moist. Highly recommend this place.
Coming from a Mongolian, this is definitely authentic as it can be when it comes to Mongolian food. I would highly suggest tsuivan and khuushuur with milk tea
