If you like a cozy saloon atmosphere, you'll love Hart's in Hebron. Their wood fired pizza was scrumptious. I enjoyed the Flathead; and it was so large and full of fillings, I had to take most of it home. The staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. I'll be back soon!!

Food is always great but service sucks. We come in very often thinking this place will change, but it never does. Every server isn’t attentive. We were the only couple in the bar and couldn’t even get any service unless we interrupted the server who was occupied on her phone. The bartenders seem lazy. If you don’t care about the service at least go for the food.

I highly recommend the wood fire pizza. They have cauliflower crust for anyone sensitive to gluten. They also had a cheeseburger soup without a roux based.
We always have a good time at Hart's saloon. The service was good due to them being pretty busy on a Friday night. I ordered the softail sandwich and it was amazing. All of the flavors of the ingredients complement each other perfectly. The only complaint I have is that their sandwiches are all around 15 dollars and do not come with a side. I paid extra to get tots as a side and they barely give you any.
