“Hazel’s Diner Tarot and High Tea April 2024 My daughter and I attended “Tarot and High Tea” at Hazel’s Diner and enjoyed THE BEST tasting food of any High Tea we’ve ever been to. All of the finger sandwiches are on their homemade breads. We especially enjoyed the roast beef, and the turkey. From the sweet things on the tea tower our mutual favorite was the lemon custard filled croissant. There were plenty of flavored tea selections for every palate. And what a fun addition to have a tarot card reading! We love High Tea and have been to: The Palm Court at both The Drake in Chicago and The Plaza in NYC, The Tea Room at Harrod’s in London, Tea at 1024 in Honolulu, HI, and High Tea at The Baker House in Lake Geneva. The tea tower of food at Hazel’s High Tea beats all of them with their fresh, homemade food. You can taste the love and care that goes into every morsel. We will be back again and again!”

“We shared a wrap and a chicken sandwich.. so flavorful! The chicken was freshly grilled with great spices ..even the fries were crispy. Our server was Sherri and she was amazing! Very attentive, sweet and accomodating!”

I called in advanced to ask them for help considering he is still learning about money (change jar and some tooth fairy dollars) the young man on the phone was so sweet. My son came back with some DELICIOUS cheese curds (the plan was for ice cream but that’s okay😂) “MOM THE SERVICE WAS SO POLITE AND I EVEN GAVE THEM A TIP” he was so giddy and hasn’t stopped talking about how much he loves it there and how amazing the food is. “We LOVED this place while visiting Lake Geneva! Our kids loved it too and begged to go a second time before we left, so we did! Pizza is fantastic. Our kids also loved the Jumbo pretzel. The buffalo chicken salad and the seared tuna salad were the best salads we’ve ever had! Service was excellent both times. On top of your server, there is also someone who is consistently walking around checking tables if they would like refills which we thought was great! Next Door Pub was by far our favorite restaurant in Lake Geneva!”

“I want to begin by saying that we love this place. BUT, the service and food were just horrible. My husband's wings were good but my nachos were terrible. The lack of beef was covered up with lettuce and triple helping of sour cream. I left hungry. We usually stay for more than 1 drink, but I had to get out of there due to a very miserable child screaming for its mother to pay attention to her. Just an overall unpleasant experience.”

“Adrian was our server, she is wonderful and saw to it we were well taken care of during our meal. Everyone raved about their steaks, twin lobster tails, and surf and turf! The lasagna portion was generous and delicious. Salads were crisp and not overdone on dressings. The old fashioneds were perfectly balanced. “Great place in downtown Lake Geneva! As someone who is not a big beer drinker, I appreciate the self-serve, pay-by-the-ounce setup that allows you to taste only as much as you want without being wasteful. I ate the turkey panini and it was so good our group kept talking about it several days later. I live out-of-state but will definitely return whenever I visit the Lake Geneva area again!”
