Chef Kim Buyse delivers insanely beautiful flavors, stunning plating, and perfect execution in the seven course offering. What he is creating is special and I cannot wait to see him continue to develop his voice through his food in the months and seasons to come. This may be the blossoming of a new center of haute cuisine in the Midwest, and the potential to be Michelin-star worthy down the line. I can't wait to come back!
We are repeat customers at Opus. It is always excellent food and service. Best you will find in a 50 mile radius.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our five-course meal. Each dish was unique and unlike anything we had experienced before, making the entire meal truly memorable. The staff was also exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our experience.
