Chef Kim Buyse delivers insanely beautiful flavors, stunning plating, and perfect execution in the seven course offering. What he is creating is special and I cannot wait to see him continue to develop his voice through his food in the months and seasons to come. This may be the blossoming of a new center of haute cuisine in the Midwest, and the potential to be Michelin-star worthy down the line. I can't wait to come back!
Exquisite dining experience! Every aspect of the dinner was memorable. Chef Eric was so personable and incredibly talented.
You must be a foodie in our opinion to enjoy the experience. A very nice touch with name printed on menu. Small, intimate space with an up close personal experience with the chef. Only feedback is that the wait staff should never have to refer to notes to explain the dishes when you are at a restaurant of this caliber.
