“We held a bridal shower for 50 people in the Cobalt Lounge a few weeks ago. I can't say enough good things about our experience. I originally booked the venue site unseen when they were closed for the winter season but Frank was great and easy to communicate with and gave a tour to the bride and her mom when they opened for the season in May. Closer to the shower Gabbi coordinated everything with me (menu, setup, etc) and was great and very fast to respond to all my questions. The day of the event, Nate was our bartender and helped everything run smoothly. He was super friendly and easy to work with. I requested a last minute table out on the patio and he set it up quickly while I was decorating the room. All the food was ready at the scheduled time and was delicious. A very reasonable rate for the amount of food served. Everyone that attended the shower had wonderful things to say about the venue, the food and the VIEW! A wall of windows overlooking the lake was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely recommend Gordy's and the Cobalt Lounge and they would be my first choice for any future events/showers that I'm a part of”

“Probably the most delicious tacos in all of Delavan, definitely the juiciest. I am pretty spoiled when it comes to Mexican food since I am originally from Chicago and these tacos were right up there with the best from the big city. I had 2 de Asada and 1 Al Pastor and they were DELICIUOS!

“From someone who really enjoys bourbon and visits the Bourbon Trail In Kentucky yearly, we were super impressed with Rush Creek. From the free bourbon tastings with generous pours, to the incredibly beautiful atmosphere, followed by fantastic cocktails at the bar, this please is a hidden gem. We left with a couple of their “half bottles” of bourbon to share with friends. We will most definitely be back.”
