Went in to Hardee's to eat lunch. The girl at the counter was very friendly. We struck up a conversation. And her name is destiny come to find out she's the GM of the restaurant. I grew up four blocks behind that restaurant and I seen a lot of managers come and go. Destiny needs to stay. She went above and beyond to get everything I asked for needed and brought it out to me and a really timely manner. I live in Marion now so I don't go over to hearing as much but I will be stopping in next time I'm there for sure thanks for the great service Hestiny.

Not only were there flies and bugs everywhere on my first visit ! Ithis time I paid 18$ for a five piece tender and all I got were some kernels and this skinny thing with barely any meat ! I called and called and it rang busy every time ! You guys are truly ripping people off and you do it everyone someone doesn’t buy 10-20 piece it’s ridiculous

So I went to Hardee’s and I asked for a chicken sandwich and some curly fries and they gave me A chicken sandwich bitten out of and moldy bread and they were also smoking the back also took 1 hour to serve

Just compared to other Hardee's this one is really variable food and service quality from visit to visit. Sometimes it's fine and you don't have to wait long. Sometimes you have to wait a really long time and they mess up your order. Caveat Emptor.

Came here about 1015am last Wednesday a very cold day. Ordered a loaded omellete biscuit. It. Was. Cold. Therefore, it tasted like chalk. I will NEVER return. I was thinking how could 2 employees, the cook and the cashier, handle the bag of food and NOT notice it wasn't warm? I complained to Hardee's...crickets.
Never coming back here, ever again! I'm honestly surprised this place wasn't closed with the rest of the Hardee's in this area with how bad this place was. I could only ate the food that was wrapped, which they were fine, but everything else I didn't want to touch. It's all because of the woman working the front; I could pass off not wearing a hat or hairnet given she was up front, but I can't say the same about not wearing gloves. And then to watch her sneeze and not wash her hands! I was hesitant to even eat the wrapped up food, let alone anything she put her dirty hands on.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! But the best I can do is 1 star and a vow to never come here again.

The lady taking care of us originally, Dystany?, was AMAZING! Very sweet, informed us we had maybe a minute left on the chicken strips. A guy came from the back, packaged our food and handed it to me with a glare and didn’t say A WORD to me. Was completely rude, like we inconvenienced his night. I understand working past midnight must suck, but why did he even hand us the food?? Dystany was doing just fine with us! There was NO reason for him to be rude! Didn’t even wait for me to finish saying thank you before he walked away in silence. The guys name was Daniel

today is August 1st 12:00 p.m. last night I went to Hardee'sordered a double mushroom and Swiss and they gave me a single I talked to Daniellethis was 12:30 a.m. he admitted he messed it up he said to come in lunch timeand they'll give us another one they never gave us a receipt my wife went up to get itthey were going to give it to her and the manager stepped in and she said no so I calledand she was extremely arrogant to me very disrespectful I love mushroom and swiss burgers I have them once a month this girlit's sad you have people representing your company like her I will never go there again I was treated so disrespectfully by her the manager I highly recommend you avoid this placebecause they have bad customer service
