Mediocre food, staff is friendly, but service is slow. I've tried them several times and just can't give them a better review. Alfredo is very disappointing and this is just my preference but the pizza sauce is too sweet.

Had the grilled chicken Alfredo fettuccine. Noodles were cold and there was very little chicken. The way the chicken was cut so thin be lucky if you got half a chicken breast. My wife got the peppers and sausage and the meat was cut the same way.
Joe's Pizza in Herrin is our "dinner go to". Everything is always delicious and the staff are beyond sweet every time ❤️

We paid for our order online. Joe's called and confirmed our order and then lost our order! They refunded our money after we asked for it back, then said it would take 3 days for us to receive our refund! The last time we ordered They forgot a pizza and it took over 45 mins to cook. Absolutely horrible service.

Was very nice only problem was they are understaffed . Our waitress had the large banquet room she tried to keep up .Our drinks where hard to get.She did her best not her fault I felt overwhelmed for her.
Parking is the only dark spot on this location. Street Parking is hard to come by if you don't go early. A lot is available just around the corner and relatively close.
Easy entry with lots of tables and a dining area in the back for large groups or over flow.
Drink orders were taken and delivered quickly.
Food orders were taken and delivered in a timely fashion. Everything was fresh and delicious.
I had Pasta Primavera. It was hot and was awesome. Others in our group had pizza and or pasta. Everything was very good. Pricing was reasonable.
