Well I can say it's not what it used to be. Don't get me wrong I love KFC. Definitely better to eat in since there is no longer one in Carbondale. For whatever reason when delivered it's greasy skin which to me is the best part is almost non existent as most of it has fallen off by the time it gets to me. I also have never understood why you would put cold coleslaw in the same bag as the hot potatoes and gravy. I also think they are a tad bit expensive, but am guessing everyone is now. But overall I will remain a customer.

Natalie was on front count she brought my 5 piece tender combo out I got a fry and Mac and cheese as my sides. My tenders looked like the bald headed morning cook that rides a Bicycle had dropped them in the fryer for double the cook time. Natalie didn’t give me any silverware/Cuttery for my meal then when I went too the counter too request silverware, because I’m not like there staff who eats with there hands off of the food in there down time, Natalie tossed my silverware on the counter and quickly turned back too helping drive thru. I hope Michelle isn’t worried about labor for her bonus over the service at her store. I didn’t even want my money back because of all of this I learned my lesson for sure too just go too Raising canes in Marion cause boy do they know how too perform quality and assuring service at the herring kfc

I've been coming to this location over the past few weeks because it's closer than the Marion location to me and I always order the same thing. Yesterday when I went, I was told by the girl working that they "can't up size the sides," even though I've been being getting large mashed potatoes and gravy and a large drink every time I go to KFC, even at this location, and you can change the size of the sides online if you choose to order that way.
She said that the only way she could give me large sides is if I ordered two three piece tenders, presumably so they could combine the two mashed potato orders into one large container. I should have just left, but I went with it and ended up paying over $20 for it, which admittedly is crazy of me to actually pay that much for some chicken tenders and potatoes.
When I got home, there weren't any biscuits in the box nor were there any dipping sauces. Overall, the experience soured me to the point that I'll never return.

Terrible sales and service, website said I could order a 16 piece stop me, was told I could only get a 8 piece and don't argue. Under the attorney generals office of the United States, that is a violation in regards to elder abuse, charges will be filled!

They forgot my biscuits. I ordered 3 items and they forgot one. No excuses, just lazy employees. I had to go back to get the biscuits and when I got home I discovered they gave me 7 thighs and 1 drum in an 8 piece bucket. I'll never come back to this store. You might as well be stealing my money if this is the quality and service you provide. Complete garbage from Herrin KFC.

KFC in Herrin Illinois has the best Kentucky fried Chicken You'll ever eat. They also have the fried chicken livers that many of the other locations don't have. I love them as well. The staff are always nice and friendly and make you feel at home.
