I had the best experience with Laurie, a cake decorator in the bakery. I was beyond stressed about my nephews 13th birthday cake. He wanted a strawberry filled white cake with strawberry frosting.. with one call she was able too reassure me that he would have a perfect cake and the smile on his face when he saw it showed that it was in fact perfect

crowded. manager did not enforce safety precautions during covid 19 outbreak. when brought to their attention manager was very disconcerting and apathetic. extremely unclean and dangerous place. should be closed and disinfected immediately. management seemed to place political views above public health.

Morons in management positions. They don't know what they are doing and putting the lives of other people in danger.

Ordered a cake from the bakery for an event at work. The cake was beautiful, delicious and very affordable. Everyone loved it! Gals in the bakery were lovely and friendly. Will absolutely order from again!

I have ALWAYS used this Kroger store. For 39 years to be exact. I recently had a check declined by their "new" system. No reason given. Only Tom the assistant manager at the store finally told me (a week later because I am not letting this drop) that Kroger was trying to phase out customers like me, meaning "check writers". We are such a small % of their business so if a check gets declined no big deal. I called Kroger customer support/finance at the executive level and they said phasing out "check writers" was not part of a plan at all. Telling customers who have been loyal for 39 years who have never written a bad check that you are phasing them out is not a good strategic plan Herrin Kroger.
