Went in for lunch. Great crew working. Super friendly. The food was great and prices were on par. The atmosphere and decor is very nice. Will be back for sure.
The food is so good and the desert amaretto mousse pie is the best
I wish the menu offered more vegetarian options, but service more than makes up for it! The cook whipped me up a nice dish and luckily tomato bisque was available as the soup of the day! Cant wait to go back and see how the offerings in the future.
nice atmosphere.. okay food. not sure i'll be in a rush to go again
Nice authentic Italian restaurant in southern Illinois. My dish of seafood manicotti was excellent. My Girlfriend's oder of simple sauce and noodle was a little bland. It definitely gave me the opportunity to razz here about getting the better meal. I'll be back for their signature pizzas.
Always great food and great service!
Delicious food, excellent beer selection and great staff. You can't go wrong with an evening at Marlow's.
Where do I start?! The owner herself greeted us and got our drinks while our server was busy with another table. Everything is fresh and homemade! the bread with their garlic butter is mouth watering. I had their lasagna which I was sceptical about getting because anywhere else, the portion is small and price is outrageous but at Marlow's, wow! I took half if it home because it was such a huge plate! And absolutely full of flavor, layers, and cheese! Hubby had pasta with their meat sauce and you can smell the wonderful tomatoes and sweet peppers in the sauce. Huge meatballs and loads of meat! definitely coming back to try their pizza and ravioli!
Great food, great service. We'll be back.
We just had my wife's surprise birthday party at Marlow's. The food, the atmosphere was outstanding!! The house DJ was great everyone had a good time dancing. The staff took care of everything.

Service was amazing, as Rebecca is a sweet heart was very attentive.
This restaurant has 2 floors. The bottom floor is where we ate because there is no elevator. The bottom floor has a bar and about 10 tables. They were very busy but we didn't see anybody going upstairs. It looked like 20 plus stairs. The food was good prices were ok. This restaurant has a bar very close to the tables. I would have enjoyed it more had we been able to go upstairs to the dinning room. There were 2 or 3 tables with families. My only gripe was the salad was in a sea through fridge with no covers on the bowls. My salad had some rotten lettuce in it. Other than that everything was good
I've eaten there for lunch and dinner and have had great service. Very nice place in downtown Herrin. The food is exceptional and drinks were awesome. I highly recommend!
We arrived early for a drink at the bar and enjoyed chatting with our bartender/waitress. The hostess was very accommodating with our group changing where we wanted to sit and made us feel welcome and at home. We sat downstairs for casual dining. We all enjoyed our meal and experience- the bolognese was wonderful! After the meal enjoyed entertainment in the garden. Can't wait to go back!
I'm a food snob. Proud of that! I am also an Italian food nut. Tried the G.o.a.t pizza. Amazing. Unique flavors and fresh ingredients. But I always go for the spag/red sauce first when trying an Italian restaurant..... so delish. I'll be back for sure. The only thing that I felt could have been different was the “ side salad.†Would have liked a bigger portion. The fresh greens was what miss the most when I traveled in Italy.
