Every time I go there, they messed up my order. I don’t know if they just hire the stupidest people in the world or the management is the dumbest. Literally wish I could get a lawsuit against them. Might make it happen.
Ordered a steak egg and cheese Bagel meal. The Bagel must have been sitting to long because the edges were so hard thought I chipped a tooth bitting into it. It tasted horrible. 6:30 am on 12 -3- 2025 visit.

Consistently had issues with McDonald's. We placed two online orders on two separate days on the app. Neither one went to the store, but we still got charged. We did the reporting, and even though we sent all of the info they CLOSED IT WITHOUT RETURNING OUR MONEY. In store can't help apparently, and their App Customer Service has been ATROCIOUS. Also, the local owners said the Holiday Pies were available at ALL their locations on Nov 7th. Our location has consistently said they haven't gotten them yet and won't until later. What's up with that? We have frequented McDonalds, but at this point it's not worth the hassle.

I do not recommend using the app for anything! We placed two online orders on two different days. Neither one went to the store but we got charged for them anyway. Tried filing some reports and even though we sent the info they CLOSED them! We have not received our money back and no one will help! Customer Service is a joke unless you're at the store, but apparently the store can't do anything about it!

15 minutes waiting for a mobile order, had to call the restaurant, they answered and immidetly put me on hold. Called again, got told they were really busy, but had no cars in the drive thru. Food came out after I called and order was messed up, what a waste.

Ordered on the app, got a double quarter meal. My burger was pink on the inside, and yea I get it a little pink never hurt anyone. But the top patty was the pinkest I’ve EVER gotten from McDonalds in my lifetime. I had food poisoning earlier this year (not from McDonalds), and I’d rather not experience that again anytime soon….very disappointed as I’d just gotten off work and this was first thing I’ve eaten all day
