15 minutes waiting for a mobile order, had to call the restaurant, they answered and immidetly put me on hold. Called again, got told they were really busy, but had no cars in the drive thru. Food came out after I called and order was messed up, what a waste.

Ordered on the app, got a double quarter meal. My burger was pink on the inside, and yea I get it a little pink never hurt anyone. But the top patty was the pinkest I’ve EVER gotten from McDonalds in my lifetime. I had food poisoning earlier this year (not from McDonalds), and I’d rather not experience that again anytime soon….very disappointed as I’d just gotten off work and this was first thing I’ve eaten all day

In 35 years on this earth, I did not know mcdonalds food could be this bad. This was singlehandedly the WORST piece of food I've ever attempted to eat. I didn't even know mcdonalds could burn a burger, let alone so badly that the burger shrinks to half it's normal size and becomes hard as a rock. Then serve the thing ice cold? It's like a joke it's so bad.

This place was completely Filthy I visited there on 1 /28/ 25 @ 2 :14 in the afternoon there was food on the floors tables was dirty the trash cans was filthy the whole interior inside need to be clean from ceiling to floor

Food was set out in the cold as I had to wait for my husband for 5 minutes to come pay for our food. It is fast food, I get that but the manager should still be respectful. 11:30pm on January 23rd. If you're going to work in customer service, be nice. Stuff happens and I forgot my card. All was taken care of within 10 minutes so the rude manner was not necessary.
