Always make everything wrong. Don’t add limes to any of the limeades and did not add heath to my cookie dough and heath blast. And the worst part is I can never tell til I’m home bc it always looks like it could be right. Just so gross. Oh and they would rather serve dogs than people. One time I was waiting and someone with a dog walked up after us and they came out to give the dog whipped cream before giving us 2 drinks. Totally ridiculous.

I didn’t know sonic got to pick and choose what time they take orders! I was told (when I got to the store) after placing an order online that they was taking anymore orders for 20 mins. Very unprofessional!

This was horrible we,me and my family arrived here at 9:58 got our order taken at 10:12 pulled up got our drinks then listened to the employees sing tell 10:34 then we got our food at 10:36. This was disappointing.

Every time I come here I have a problem with my order. Whether that’s them letting my drinks sit for 20m then trying to give them to me, completely messing up my order, or not putting any of my burrito ingredients in my burrito and arguing with me saying that’s how they always come when I’ve been getting them for the past 10 years. The “manager” was no help and didn’t offer to remake it with the proper amount of ingredients. Terrible customer service. I tried to ring through to get the order taken off my card and they ignored me so I finally left.

Being Senior citizens , on a tight budget ...my husband and I we were to tired to cook today! So we decided to go toSonic and eat at home. The food was so overcooked we could not eat it. I would either like better food or a refund which I will not get.

Herrin sonic is by far the worst I have ever been to,and won't go back.rude staff,wait forever to take your order and if your order is rite(ocasionly)there fries tast like they been cooked in old used up oil.

I would give zero stars if possible I usually don't have any problems but today I sat at the drive up for 45 minutes with my girls waiting on literally 3 mini master shakes and 2 small orders of mozzarella sticks. Lady finally brought it out and they were all melted completely liquid and she said it was because of the whipped cream being frozen????? I'm not one to complain usually but man she knew they were melted 😵💫 she offered to remake them but id already been there so long I decided to just take them home and when I got home (I live a block away ) mozzarella sticks were cold as icecubes 😅
Great food, great people but you're app is frustrating as fxck! 30 f'ing minutes to navigate an app and to get the gps to sync?!?!? I came here hopeful and left stressed the fxk out!!! Fck sonic I'm done!!!

I don't go out very often at all but today we spent the entire day in the hospital from 10a-6pm and we were starving and all I wanted was some food. It's a shame I didn't get what I ordered. Not even close. I know they get busy and tired but come on guys!
