My visit was very pleasant. I was greeted upon entering and Alicia kindly & promptly took my order. I have been ordering for Taco Bell for many years and this is the FIRST time that I have ever had the cook actually listen and prepare with light lettuce like I requested. I always ask for it but still end up having to remove a handful but not this location! Conner was very polite and attentive to how I wanted my food prepared and he was wearing gloves which always bring me some comfort . I will be back and hopefully these two are working! Thank you for a great fast food experience for a change ❤️

Always check your food before you leave. This store constantly messes up the order and puts little care into making the food.
Me and my wife just went to Taco Bell in herrin Illinois and while upon us trying to order the lady sigh and wouldn’t stop talking over us very rude and makes me never want go back again get better staff that actually like to keep their job and have no stars
These guys work extremely hard and are always polite. Their customer service is what keeps me coming back for lunch almost daily. They are quick and accurate. I have not had my order messed up since I started going here for lunch which has been almost 4 months now. Will continue to go to them for lunch.

Ordered a chulpa. Bread was stale. Worker argued with me that it was fresh. Bread was hard as a brick couldn't hardly eat it. Bad enough I had to wait on myself via kiosk. Crappy

Rude employees, in person and on the phone. Last 3 orders have forgotten the sauce packets. Ask for no sour cream, they add extra. If you say anything, refer back to the rudeness.

We waited on car in front of us for 22 minutes then sat at the window for another 34 minutes before getting our food… & they still messed up our order
Parking: Lots of empty spots. It’s the drive thru that will catch you up

Usually when people say they will never be back to a place they are exaggerating but I can promise you I will never be back here. I have had multiple issues in the past with 1 hr+ long wait times and poorly made/wrong items but have always overlooked it because that usually just how fast food is. But as someone who has worked in this industry before I know when someone is being rude and messing with me. Me and my boyfriend placed an order on the app and when I went to pick it up I was told that they did not have the big cheese-it tostada. This usually is never a problem at this Taco Bell we usually just pick another similar item and they replace it with that. With my extra cheez-it I ordered it would have been around $4 so I asked if I could just have a quesadilla instead which is about $5. The lady tells me no and instists she can only replace it with a normal tostada (which I did not want) or I had to get a refund. I wanted to avoid calling my boyfriend and getting him to cancel it because the order wasn’t even on my phone so I tried asking for a nacho taco which would have been even cheaper than what I ordered. Another worker comes over the head seat and snaps at me that they will not do it and I can only have the tostada or a refund. It was just so confusing because I have never ever had this issues before so I drove off a little upset because it was just kind of rude. So I call my boyfriend and we get this refund and place a completely new order. I go back though the drive thru and i really was trying to be very nice and polite because I know everybody has bad days and misunderstandings and she said absolutely nothing to me. Not one word. Had to read the screen and make sure I was checked in. I get to the window and a bigger girl maybe in her late 20s with an eyebrow piercing and snakebites is waiting for me. She does this odd thing of barely trying to hand me my drinks and she ended up dropping one of them on the ground. That caused her to storm off wordlessly then return to the window a few minutes later only to do the exact same thing again. Did the same with my food too. When we got the food they left one of our cheese cups out and barely put any in the other. The chips were very stale. Usually I am very understanding but this is probably the worst experience I have ever had and I have never met somebody so rude.
