I ordered my food online for local pickup and customized most of the order. I will say most of the time the food is great and the service is great, however I gave them 2 stars for food on this review because there were no sauces included which I went in myself and grabbed, but then once I got home all of the food that was customized was in fact NOT customized at all. I couldn't eat most of what I had gotten and I wasn't going to drive all the way back up there to get...

I came here to leave a good review because I am honestly shocked by all of the negative ones on here and facebook about this taco bell. I have lived in herrin for a year now and every time i come through here (often) the drive thru workers are SO kind no matter what time it is. If there is a line you may have to wait several minutes for your order. But it is always hot and always tastes great. Ive never had any items missing and nothing has ever been cold or incorrect....

The only reason that I rated them at 4 stars is because I am old. They don't take walk-in orders at the counter anymore. You have to order from an electronic menu on a touch screen. If our daughter had not been with us we would have had to go through the drive through to order. The place is clean. The people are friendly and the food is good. I don't appreciate that the world moved on and doesn't care about us old people.
