It’s a hidden gem in the town of Herrin. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Quality food, old fashioned charm, Sausage, hot plates of food, baked goods, fresh, quality…you will be planning your next visit before you leave. 100 stars.
This was just a fantastic experience. Chris treats his customers like family, and the quality of every item far supercedes anything I've had in Southern Illinois.I'll be a regular customer without a doubt.
This place is a fantastic boutique sausage shop. The owner is very personable and obviously dedicated to his craft. Great variety and quality is top shelf. The hours are funky but well worth working around.

A true gem. Off of the beaten path eclectic little fresh sausage shop. Brats, Salameat, Polish Sausage to name a few, fresh made. They were amazing.
