I've been stopping by to grab breakfast on the go on my way to work these past few days and the food has been fresh and hot and the customer service has been outstanding in the drive thru! I definitely will be stopping by again!

I'm sitting the drive thru writing this. I was here for ten minutes at the window, then told that they were holding on chicken and could I move forward. So far I've been pulled forward for 7 minutes. Why wasn't I told there was a wait like this when I ordered??? If you want fast food, go elsewhere.
Update: 20 minute wait. No apology offered. And I got home and the order was wrong. What is going on at this dump??? Do better!!!

When you ask for a plain pickle only sandwich. Make sure you spell it all out for them, one letter at a time so they can comprehend it. if you don't, they will argue with you about correcting your order.

As I handed my payment through the window, the smell of marijuana filled my entire vehicle. I got my drink and frosty right away, but I was asked to pull forward because my sandwich wasn't ready. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich, as the lady in the drive-thru kept poking her head out the window and giving me dirty looks. Finally, another employee came out and asked what I was waiting for. Maybe, just maybe, if you had enough self-control to smoke pot at home instead of at work, you'd remember the order you just took.

Good food good service in a special shout out to Kevin bacon and eggs aka Dustin and Tobey Maguire got bit by a spideraka tom, and Logan Paul and Tabby AKA wendy and the rest of the crew great crew
I have been to this wendy’s numerous times and every single time the workers are rude, snappy, and don’t care. Almost every time, they claim to be out of frostys. How can you be out of frostys, if it’s something you sell you need to have it stocked. very disappointing. will not be coming back. and if i were you i wouldn’t either.

Horrible to deal with. They left me sitting at the window 15 minutes waiting on an order then after letting me wait at the window had the nerve to ask me to pull forward after 15 minutes of waiting with no help. Staff was rude to me (Tabitha) when I told her I’d elect to hang tight at the window since I knew it effects their drive times since I already had been waiting an egregious amount of time. They then asked for my name and said they would ban me? I’m contacting their management, it’s sad to see people working go out of their way to be so rude.

Great service, loved the atmosphere, baconator only had 1 slice of bacon on it and most of the tables were dirty. We will come back for the friendly service!

After waiting patiently for our order, we get home to find we were missing some fries. We called the restaurant, 1st time the woman hung up the 2nd time she was so rude & basically accused us of stealing & lying over fries. I highly recommend Carmen’s a restaurant down the street instead.
