MiaBella's Wood Fired Pizza and Catering

We tried MiaBellas on Friday, when the food truck was at Court Street Ford..we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed every bite for lunch and even had leftovers for dinner!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for MiaBella's I called to ask if they were open today in Herscher or parked somewhere so I could get my craving filled. The lady called me back & said no sorry we aren’t open today but Yanno my husband was gonna make us a pizza & I guess since he’s gonna be out where doing it & you want some I can have him cook you one. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE EXCITED TO EAT PIZZA IN MY LIFE & DRIVE 20 MINUTES TO DO SO. She could have told me no but out of the kindness of her heart she made me a pizza. I can’t wait for the farmers market to open up so I can go back to eating them every Saturday.😂🤷🏻‍♀️😍

The time between ordering and eating is about 6 minutes. The pizza is so tasty that we gladly drive an hour 1 way to get some and the leftovers (when there is some) are just as good warmed up! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Food truck was in Gardner yesterday, had the sausage pizza. Excellent.....

That was some amazing pep & sausage pizza today at the Illinois State Fair. Too bad y'all so far away.

Something had to be wrong. We picked up a frozen basil pesto pizza from their food truck which was at the Ford dealer in Bourbonnais. It was terrible. The worst pizza we have ever had. It was maybe even $16 or so. Seriously, so bad. We followed the directions and baked it for 10 minutes. The pizza was hard as a rock.. the “cheese” and “pesto” part was super crispy and crumbly. The pizza was 10x crunchier than the crust. We are running to Aldi to get a frozen pizza. We’ve never had one from Aldi, but I can assure you it will be a better pizza.Something had to be wrong. Maybe they forgot an ingredient or step, or something.As you can see, we kept trying to eat it. Had the consistency and taste of cardboard. Not worth the calories!

We wanted something fun and different for our daughter's wedding reception...we got even more than we imagined! MiaBella's exceeded our expectations! The food was incredible and ALL of the staff was equally amazing! Looking forward to hiring again when we have another big event! Thank you for THE MOST AMAZING reception meal we have ever enjoyed!
