El Chaparro Mexican food

This place has excellent Mexican food and great homemade salsas. You get a great value for the price and the portions you get, and you cannot beat it at any other Mexican place nearby. Highly recommend this spot

The food is a little bland but can have potential with hot sauce. The portions are small ,meaning the protein is skimpy, the server did her job which was dry service ,she was not too attentive and was a hi and bye encounter,the tacos are small as like street tacos. At almost $5 a taco, so if you have a crave for tacos I hope you can get full of 3 because that’s all you get here for the $20.

I came in cause I didn’t want to pay almost 3 for a soda at subway so I came here and got a can of pop for $2 and while I was here I’m trying the elote. The place is clean and staff is friendly I might come back and try the burritos and the crazy fries they sound soo good!

Tried this place for the first time, ordered a steak burrito and steak tostada. This had to be the worst I've ever had. I don't know what they call steak in that place but there was no steak in the burrito or tostada. It was some boiled in red sauce beef. 18 dollars, not worth one penny, basically took a bite from both and right into the garbage can.

Food was bland. The tacos were small and overpriced the gordita was so small and bland and had no flavor. They don't put enough meat in the food. The sauces were more water than sauce and weren't good. Also expensive for the caricaturely small portions. Stingy! Don't come!

I love this place. I come here often for lunch and I'm never disappointed. I usually get a torta or burrito and they are always hot, fresh and delicious. I also appreciate the complementary chips and salsa (very tasty) The two young girls who work up front are very kind. Best Mexican food in the area.

It's hard to find good tripa tacos around and this restaurant did not disappoint they were nice and crunchy.Great seasoning just the way they should be the tacos and the tortas were great, good size nice and healthy 🤤 highly recommend for authentic Mexican food

Small place with consistent good food. Been here multiple times and at both locations. Service is good as we were 1 of 3 tables she had to wait on. Had the steak torta and a few tacos al pastor. Meat wasn't too dry and the al pastor had good flavor. Horchata was good, not too sweet or too much cinnamon. Will be back again.

I ordered a pastor taco, a steak taco and a tamale and they were very good. The pastor taco might have been the best I've ever had. Food was hot Very clean place but the girl working the counter was moody. She looked like she didn't want to be there. Even with bad customer service I will be back again because the food was very good.
