McDonald's Reviews
went this am and ordered hot cakes breakfast. I was the only car. When I got to work...no utensils. No syrup. No butter. No jelly
So ridiculous. No management on duty? I was the only car in the drive thru!!
long wait time in drive thru, wrong orders and rude assistants manager
I worked here temporarily for a week in between switching jobs and boy was that a bad week. They mostly left me standing by the register. The manager and some older regular customers were friendly but the rest of the people including the crew were pretty ghetto and nasty. McDonald's is a typical fast food spot with its ups and downs. The service can be slow at times, but the food is usually hot and tastes fresh. The parking can get crowded, but they manage the flow efficiently. Sometimes the tables are dirty, but they make an effort to clean up. A customer received a free apple pie for a mishap, which keeps them coming back. The night shift staff, especially the male and female managers, are always in good spirits and keep their shift in order, making the experience smoother and better than the day shift. Some customers find the restroom access a bit inconvenient, as they need to ask for a code to wash their hands, and there may be a wait. There can be a lack of ketchup and napkins, and sometimes food can get cold quickly, leading customers to wipe their hands on their sweaters. Overall, it offers a standard McDonald's experience with some positive aspects and minor frustrations.
