An independent grocery store in the town north of ours sells Olympia Bakery bread. We started buying it 6 months ago. It's hands down the best bread I've had in many years. Back when Richie LaBriola still had his huge bakery we ate his bread exclusively. He sold it and is doing other things now. Finding Olympia bread at this grocery store was just such a great surprise. It's always super fresh, has a lovely crust, and those great homemade "bready" aromas....
