So tired of coming here and it taking 20 minutes to place an order. Even ordering on the app, and then trying to pick up in the drive though is a disaster. I wait at the teller box for 6 minutes while they locate the order and then when I come up to the window, I’m told to pull off and wait even longer. Then you get your food, drive off and half of it’s missing!!!!

Nothing like a triple whopper with cheese. Original chicken sandwich is also a must.
This place used to be good. I ordered a whopper and it came with only three ingredients: a patty, cheese and bacon. The cashier was super happy and that was nice and made me happy, until I drove away and bit into my sad 3 ingredient whopper.

As a 30 year resident of the city of Highland Park I can say without scruple that this establishment is the most accomplished and consistent the town has to offer. Not Michael’s. Not Once Upon a Bagel. But this BK is THE Highland Park staple. Nothing quite tops being told that ‘you rule’ just after purchasing a whopper at 9:00am on a weekday. Think of it, you don’t even have to confront HP’s pretentious residents when you stop by, as they offer a convenient drive-thru. Had my first whopper there at 9 y/o and it is still fire at 34 y/o. God bless this Burger King.

Fast food yes, friendly service however, is questionable. Being a Hispanic person it saddens me to say that many times our own people have an attitude that doesn’t reflect our culture. Sadly.
Not everybody in this place has the same attitude. There’s a Hispanic man working here who is always happy no matter the day. Happy to say.
