This place used to be good. I ordered a whopper and it came with only three ingredients: a patty, cheese and bacon. The cashier was super happy and that was nice and made me happy, until I drove away and bit into my sad 3 ingredient whopper.

As a 30 year resident of the city of Highland Park I can say without scruple that this establishment is the most accomplished and consistent the town has to offer. Not Michael’s. Not Once Upon a Bagel. But this BK is THE Highland Park staple. Nothing quite tops being told that ‘you rule’ just after purchasing a whopper at 9:00am on a weekday. Think of it, you don’t even have to confront HP’s pretentious residents when you stop by, as they offer a convenient drive-thru. Had my first whopper there at 9 y/o and it is still fire at 34 y/o. God bless this Burger King.

Fast food yes, friendly service however, is questionable. Being a Hispanic person it saddens me to say that many times our own people have an attitude that doesn’t reflect our culture. Sadly.
Not everybody in this place has the same attitude. There’s a Hispanic man working here who is always happy no matter the day. Happy to say.
Every single time an item is wrong. Nothing can be made your way it's their way or the highway. Seriously five visits five mistakes. Worst drive thru ever. And I run restaurants it takes a lot to really fail on this level. Even the wrong item that I was given was made wrong. And I called and was told that because I was charged for something I didn't order but they gave me I have to pay for it. What is wrong with you BK. Who says that oh I charged you for that though so be happy and pay for it. I called and that was what I was told. Where is the customer service. FIRE EVERYONE NOW AND GET A REAL STAFF THAT CARES .

I love burger king but my coworker and myself visited this place for the first time. I work for Public Works and asked to have tomatoes taken out after I just gave the order and the teller tells me we already made it. I was like I just gave you the order 45 secs ago which had me question how fresh it really was and then I asked to please take the tomatoes out. After receiving my food I sat down with my coworker to eat and noticed the whole entire bun was falling apart when I was trying to eat my burger. Only way this can happen is if the bun is old and dry. I spent $14 even after using the app and the only thing the I can say is good location. Other than that I don't know if I will eat at Burger king for a while now after that experience. It's put a bad taste in my mouth considering it was one of my favs for a bacon cheeseburger
