Beware of the drive through woman here, 2nd time i drove off with out my card, by the 2nd time i realized whats happening she my held onto it,l for too long! When the order arrives by then you forget about your card and drive off. I went back she had a pile to look through for my card, which indicates to me this is a set up.When any fast food order taker takes your card for payment they should hand you back your card right away not lay it down for minutes while you wait for your order. She told me i forgot it, ovcourse i did, scam in disguise.

They reheat previously fried food items in the microwave instead of making it fresh for you. Everything was soggy and bland. The employees here are beyond lazy.

I'm sorry, call it a bad mood, maybe I'm super hormonal, but this place is just god awful at getting orders correct. Not big orders. Two meal type of orders. And not ONCE has this place gotten it right. Tonight just broke the camels back. I burnt our stew that I was cooking all evening while distracted with helping my kiddo do her homework. My husband offered to run out. For me, he ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato, and a sprite. They gave him a Dr Pepper and a regular crispy chicken sandwich with tons of lettuce and tomato. Literally the exact opposite of what I ordered. I just don't get it. It's really not that hard (and before anyone thinks I'm being judgmental or petty, I work in customer service, so I know what it means to get things right for customers). And it's not like it was the dinner rush, it was at 10 PM. He said the place was empty. So it's not like there was a huge rush and they were overwhelmed. I told him that they would get my order wrong, they always do no matter what it is. He didn't check and just drove home. Which is fine. It is what it is. I scraped the toppings off and added hot sauce, but the tomatoes and lettuce just make it all soggy and it's just unpleasant. I treat myself to something like this maybe once a month.... From now on I will literally drive the extra 10 min to the next closest Burger King, bc this place is just a royal mess.

Could all Burger Kings be like this Burger King? I drove through late at night and ordered my dinner. The lady who helped me was so friendly! The man who brought the food to the car was sweet and kind. The food was the freshest food I had at any Burger King in my entire life. Could every Burger King be like this one? Big thanks for a great experience even though it was close to closing time. I appreciated the smiles and positive vibes.

Very clean BK, happy, energetic staff....especially Martha who will give you a big smile and is extremely helpful and patient. Food is consistent at this BK...our go to for meals almost every day - and snacks. This BK like a family....always a very good experience. Just came back from trip to Indiana...not one compares to qualtiy of food or staff like the one at Highland Park Skokie Valley site. Keep up the good work - it is appreciated!

Never had an incorrect order. The guys who work here are sweet. There's a lady who can be a bit mean sometimes but for the most part she's alright. Food is always fresh. I've had no issues with this location.
I order two original chicken sandwich and I ask nicely that if they could be fresh because my mom has a kidney transplant and the manager there was so rude and rolled her eyes ? like she didn’t like the idea of asking for the food fresh I was paying I didn’t wanted for free. Bad service ??
