Ordered the "BWB Smash Burger" but yet its nothing like a smash burger at all. 2 super thick patties, while the burger didn't taste bad.. it's nothing like advertised or what I thought I was ordering. Smash burgers don't have thick patties. Also, having half your entire menu on "out of stock" is silly. Burger was sub-par

Third time eating here and finally writing a review. Unfortunately wings are a bit rubbery and service is the worst part. Picked up wings here for Super Bowl and their order/ticket management process was atrocious (misplacing orders, rude with customers, missing pickup windows by hour+, etc.). If you are in the wing business you should be ready for Super Bowl. We picked up on a quiet week night and they didn’t include salad dressing or any sauces we ordered. Busy or not, they just struggle with service. If the wings were really good, it cut them some slack but they are average.

I’ve ordered at least 15 times from here. Every burger takes 25-30+ minutes, and I order in the middle of the day on weekdays. When I show up, the place is empty and I still have to wait. This time, they claimed to have no record of my order which I placed on their own website. Their POS machine seems to “always be broken.” When I arrived, a man behind the counter stared blankly and me and just shrugged. I even showed him my receipt, and he just stood there. I lost $13 but they’ve lost a repeat customer.Response: My name is accurate on this google account. Process a refund please and then I can at least know you’re doing the right thing. Check #6 for Ari Sonnenberg on Jan 4 per the confirmation email from your website’s order page. When I was in person with the gentleman, I didn’t think I was going to be getting a refund. I really appreciate that. Thank you. Let me know if you need anything else. It was just $13.2nd Response: I haven’t heard back from you, so I assume no refund is coming. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company. It’s too bad your service is so poor, because your food is quite tasty.

Such a great place and lovely staff! We got the BWB Smash Burger, Beyond Meat Burger (always a treat to find good vegetarian options), fries and a traditional chocolate malt and everything was delicious, good quality and service was impeccable. Really lovely and friendly staff. Will be making this a regular place to eat for sure :)
Placed an order through Grubhub. Waited around outside for 20 minutes then I was told that they close at 8pm despite it saying 9pm on Google and the store being open in the Grubhub app. Please keep your hours updated so people don't waste their time.
