Finally, a coffee shop that knows how to make a pour over!!! I discovered pour over coffee when I was living in Taiwan 2015-2017, and ever since moving back I've struggled to find a place where the pour overs weren't oversteeped, or excessively bitter from water that was too hot. The light roast pour over I got at Harmony Coffee Bar yesterday was perfectly extracted, slightly bitter while bright and acidic. I will definitely be back if I'm looking for a good pour...

My favorite coffee spot, the service is impeccable and professional every time and the drinks and food options are consistently great. They curate a peaceful workspace and I feel welcomed and valued every time in there. You can't ask for much more from a coffee joint but I have no doubt if you did they would rise to the occasion!
