Dairy Queen (Treat)

Hot food is on the menu but I don't recommend ordering it. The pretzels were ice cold and covered in grease of some kind, basically stale breadsticks. Ordered hot dogs and they were plain, got a weird look when I asked for condiments, then took 5 minutes to bring out cups of ketchup and mustard. The ice cream is good and what I expected but I don't really know why there is anything on the hot menu because it seems like they don't expect anyone to order it or know how to prepare it.

In a such nice area this Dairy Queen should be managed in a better manner! Dirty place and very rude employees!!! Hope they wash their hands, seems like not a good hygiene. Never will back to this place! Gross! After we got an ice cream my daughter ask for cup of water they said they don’t have water! I am sorry guys you gotta be better than this.

There is very bad energy at this location. Employees rude to customers waiting for orders. Once a bustling and thriving location is now in a slump. Inconsistent delivery of product (Blizzard) more than 60% of the time. The location on Southport is twice as large and 3x the volume at least and they deliver quality blizzards every time. The Lake Ave location in Wilmette similar in size and volume to HP, 1000x more consistent, and friendly. If you luv DQ, find another location.

The treats may be cool, and the eats might be hot, but this place sucks. Gross.

Store was dirty. Employees need to work as a team more and work together. Freezer as half empty and they kept getting orders wrong. They need more trading and be nicer to customers

Disgusted with my order not even worth eating it, 2 Indian people one guy and a girl rudest attitude didn’t want to take my order, gives me all my cups dirty from there hands on the side. Don’t waste your money here

Placed an order for a banana split and strawberry banana smoothie.
The banana split had no pineapple sauce or pineapple on it. Then gives me watery whip cream all over it. I said something to them and they said all they can do is remove it. That’s not ok … one spends money on an item and expects it to be made correctly and with satisfactory products. Three woman are working and no one is helping other customers or making my smoothie. They don’t seem ti care or bother how the inside looks either.

Classic soft-serve ice cream. Not the rich, fancy flavors of boutique ice cream parlors, but delicious in its own way at the right times.

I ordered a brownie blizzard and a dipped cone last week. When I arrived 5 minutes later, the "manager" asked her Allstar employee at the pickup desk "is this a brownie blizzard?" while literally taking a spoon and mixing the liquefied chocolate water in front of me to see the ingredients. So much for serving them upside down I guess. Anyway, the cronie said yes and they actually gave me a cup of chocolate water. It was disgusting and went in the garbage. Not sure what happened to this location but I won't be back.

Stop by this Dairy Queen today to purchase a medium brownie blizzard. The young lady at the Register was nice HOWEVER while making the brownie blizzard, some of the brownie bites fell out of the container, and she picked them up and put into the blizzard . The young lady was dealing with money and food, also dropping brownie bites. Not once washing her hands or even adding Hand sanitizers.

3rd time in a row that my blizzard was not mixed for the bottom half... just vanilla ice cream. This place used to be a great place but has gone way down hill during the last year. The change in employees is the only difference.Gonna have to find a new DQ.

I AM TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE WHEN I SAY THIS (DO NOT EAT HERE ANYMORE) | swear I'm not kidding what I'm about to say, I bought my sister and I 2 blizzards, it turns out there was a human finger nail in her blizzard (A HUMAN FINGER NAIL). For your own health do not come here!
