This is not the first time I've encountered this!!! They put their phone near the cash register and scan the points on their Dunkin' app ((((covering it with an advertising brochure near the cash register. This is not the first time I've noticed this, the staff does it in turn!!! I feel sorry for Dunkin', which has such a person!!!!🤯🤬🤯

Ordered the usual toasted bagel with cream cheese. Toasted Bagel could've been toasted. It was chewy and veggie cream cheese was sour. Ordered orange vanilla donut. Got vanilla long join instead. Once I informed, it was swapped out quickly. The donut itself was yummy - tasted like an orange Creamsicle.

I go to Dunkin every day to get an iced latte. I live closer to this location but don’t go because they purposely short the espresso so that I will have to buy an upgrade shot. It’s insulting for me to have to remind them, “look at the picture! The milk shouldn’t be white.”

Dirty, incompetent staff, and terrible overall experience. I only come here on special occasions for my kids. I never had one great experience. If you come here check your food. These guys miss the mark of your orders.

Place is dirty. Straw wrappers, receipts, crumbs, napkins all over. Staff is weirdly indifferent and not welcoming, as if you are a burden on their hands. My sourdough breakfast sandwich had burnt bread as well. Don't give this place any of your money.
Weirdly dismissive when they gave me the wrong drink. Otherwise a normal dunkin, but not top service.

I ordered the munchkin box. A lot of my doughnuts were stale and hard. I’m confused because it was about 8 o clock in the morning. Taste like they say out in the air. Doughnuts are not meant to be crunchy. My churro cold brew tasted ok.
