Have been a customer at this Dunkin on 41. Skokie valley Rd, Highlandpark for almost 20 years while in HP. Morning services with friendly/professional staff. Unfortunately, super different with evening services. The short lady in the EVENING is super arrogant/rude and disrespectful. Ordered a "Hot Matcha with Almond milk" Repeated the order three times (Repeated my order 3X after hearing her voice, since she does not understand orders at all, and have made errors prior three times), and got a "COLD MATCHA." Took a very long wait ONLY to get another wrong order. I forgot to remind you her behavior; she lied by saying "you ordered cold matcha" Then the young guy who looks like a high school kid was rude as well. I was very disappointed with the way both of them talked to me. Not ONLY did the hot Matcha was made with regular milk and NOT Almond milk as ordered. Also charged more for wrong order. Super horrible customer services. Unfortunately, l will NEVER go there in the evening. Pls get professional staff in the evening as well. Horrible, horrible, absolutely horrible EVENING STAFF/UNPROFESSIONAL

Huge line for drive-thru, so I went in. Unfortunately, they took forever to get to meParking: I think there are around 8 parking spots in the main lot. There are additional spots, when you first pull in from the street

The baristas don't know how to follow simple written directions. In my orders (one order, 2 parts), I ordered 2 drinks, a bagel with cream cheese, and loaded tots. The drinks were double checked by me, oatmilk for both, whipped cream for one, upon receiving them, they both looked black and neither had whipped cream. If they did not have whipped cream available, they should have said that at the speaker/window. The bagel said cream cheese on side, they put the cream cheese directly on the bagel. The loaded tots only half filled the container (taste good though). Disappointed and unpleasantly surprised.

So I convinced my young son to come try this two-story Dunkin' Donuts because I thought it would have a larger selection of donuts and the eat in area would be nicer than my local Dunkin'/Baskin combo store (which is amazing btw). Boy was I wrong. The place was filthy and I swear had less to offer than my local store. I thought I was gonna get a Gucci experience but I got Bustello. This place is probably good for take out and ordering from the app. Drive through seemed poppin so I guess maybe that was my clue. Read some of the other reviews and seemed to share the same theme. I honestly felt I was breaking up there work party. Don't go here. There are better locations and better service in HP!

I always get the watermelon refresher. Love it. Just wish the people serving were more polite. They didn’t even say hello or even talk to me at all. Just took my card and gave me the drink. It really makes a difference.
