I only order the slices at lunch, and don’t get me wrong, they taste great. But every time, diarrhea. Now is it inflammatory bowel disease, a virus, IBS, or contaminated food? I’m not really sure. But diarrhea, every time. I think I will stop coming here.

Last night was my first visit and will certainly not be the last!The service was polite and friendly, and the restaurant itself looked very clean.The pizza itself was outstanding! A perfect thin crust Chicago style pizza, exactly like what I grew up eating when I lived in Rogers Park. Easily one of the best pizzas I've had in Lake County.I went with my basic "go to" for trying all Pizza (sausage and pepperoni), the ingredients were of a very high quality and were in generous in proportion. The crust was amazing, and it was balanced by a perfect sauce.Congrats: You made my "best of Lake County" list!?

Order large deep dish vegetarian pizza for delivery. When it arrived, it was a thin crust vegetarian. We called Ilforno back, explained. Man who answered the phone, rude and obnoxious, said we didn't order a deep dish vegetarian we let him know there were four of us in the car at the time of the order and we did say "deep dish. he asked if we wanted a new pizza, we said yes. repeatedly told us it would be well over an hour. We let him know that would be fine. He told us to give the driver back the other pizza. the new pizza came and it was the WORST pizza we have ever had.Wont be ordering from Ilforno again.

We arrived at this restaurant for dinner. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we felt very good. The meal was tasty. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Warmly recommended.
Great pizza and meatball subs at a good price. Had one issue in the past with a phone order due to choppy connection, but the food always exceeds expectations. Highly recommend stopping here if in the area.

Wow, the BBQ beef sandwich was a 3-napkin affair, very saucy! And for the few people who don't like tomato sauce on their pizza, they will do a pizza with olive oil only!

Ordered a simple cheeseburger medium well with fries. Got there no fries had to add, when I got home with dinner, burger was more like medium so flat you could tell burger was frozen hardly any flavor. So dissatisfied I will never go again. Was also told 20 minute wait and they weren’t busy when I got there. Should not have had any problem cooking burger to medium well. I’ve even taken photo to show owner how awful it looked. So so disappointed!!!
