This place is smaller than a 700$ a month rented apartment in Maywood IL. The lady working here bumped into me, elbowed me right in the stomach. What caught my attention is how musty the lady was, She was wearing a coat and smelling musty, How can you be musty underneath a coat. The pizza cheese was soggy and it was not cut how I like it. This place is tiny and it was kept really dirty.

I came here last Friday having order a pickup at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:25pm and checked in and was told it would be about 10 minutes for my pizza.Well, this wasn't the case. Around 5:50 after having stood around there for close to 30 minutes someone calls my name and tells me "we ran out of pepperoni, we just got more and just started making your pizza, it's going to be another 20 minutes. " . As you can imagine, I'm dumbfounded that no one came to me asking me if cheese would have been OK. They gave me an excuse that they tried reaching out to people (I was standing in the lobby for 30 mins however).Anyways, this was supposed to be movie night with the kids and now what was supposed to be a dinner movie night was getting ruined. I told the guy to just refund it, we'd go elsewhere. I confirmed no less than 3 times on my way out the door that he refunded me.....Well.... lo and behold... I see the charges posted to my credit card for the pizza dinner I never got. I think I am permanently done with lous. They charge premium prices but they do not have their act together.

Agree with the other recent reviews; there is a quality issue here…this was the worst pizza we’ve had from anywhere in years. It arrived 40 minutes late, no longer hot, and the crust was soggy, not fully baked in the middle. It didn’t even have the flavor of just a lukewarm Lou’s thin crust. The boneless wings were oozing oil. None of it remotely the quality we had come to expect. Delivery is from Uber Eats, which isn’t made clear when you order from the app and is probably why the pizza sits for a long time before being delivered. We have a neighborhood pizzeria we love (Piero’s)…we had a craving for Lou’s but will be sticking with them from now on.

Veggie deep dish is amazing they put tons of vegetables and lots of cheese, however if you don't like lots of cheese and sauce of your pizza deep dish isn't for you.

Always be sure to add 20 minutes to any time they say it will take to get your order out. And they are always understaffed. Just very poorly run. I’m done with them at this
