Lou's pizza is always amazing everywhere, but this specific location really stood out. They were on time with my take out order, someone helped me carry the large order to my car, and most of all, the manager went all out to make things right when there was an issue. Great food and great staff.
Food and delivery is always fantastic! I did want it to be noted though that there seems to be a bug when placing orders online. I was made aware tonight that no tip had been added to my order when I specifically selected 20%. After double checking my confirmation email, the tip was in fact missing. (Luckily we had cash on hand) So hopefully a manager reads this and looks into that!
Haven't been to Chicago for a while.They certainly have their own twist on pizza..had a great deep dish pie while in town. It really fills you up. On my list for the next trip out !
