Super weird vibe in there and pricey. Wish I could give a review of the froyo but I panic ordered a single scoop of ice cream with no toppings because the man behind the counter sighed and shook his head when we took longer than 2 seconds to order, despite it being basically empty. A woman took care of the rest of our order/paying and she was very nice. The man behind the counter was very nice and talkative with the couple who came in after us. Maybe I look like someone he hates? Lol. Won't be back. I'd much rather go to a self serve place anyway and this was not self serve. Ice cream tasted fine I guess. Not $9 for 2 scoops fine but it's whatever

Thee best yogurt this side of Calif!! I live in So AZ currently and there is absolutely no yogurt [there] compared to the way this Love's churns theirs!! Very creamy, AND flavorful. My faves are white chocolate mousse and pumpkin. AND, he said he'll have pumpkin on Oct 30th, so head on over 🍨 🎃

Guy behind the counter explained how the toppings and such worked when I asked, it felt a bit awkward though. Not necessarily enthusiastic about new customers. I think they should consider remodeling, it’s a bit shabby for what it is. Lots of commanding signs in here. Definitely don’t bring water bottles?? Not sure why. Please at least get some women running the counter. I didn’t have a bad experience, but I’m not gonna call home about it either. I get where the other reviews are coming from. We had ice cream, and it was okay, but not worth $11 for four scoops total. It honestly tastes like something I could get from the store for cheap, if I paid for a nice brand of it it would taste better than dining here. Also, the fire alarm is taped and that’s slightly concerning ?

I really enjoy their frozen yogurt, but the guy who works there is EXTREMELY rude and stingy. He said they don't offer samples because it spreads illness and would put a sample on top of the ice cream I was purchasing so I knew what the flavors tasted like for next time.I bought two cups expecting to receive two samples, but he said he can only give one. When I asked for a second sample, he said, "No. If you bought 5 cups of ice cream, would you expect to get 5 different samples??". Um yeah, I would....I paid for all 5.Great frozen yogurt. Terrible customer service.
Just tried to order some frozen yogurt for my family. And these 2 older men behind the counter in there were rushing us when there was not a soul in the place. They were out of a flavor , but didn't know it until we got up to the register as they were trying to again rush us. absolutely terrible service! Extremely rude , unnecessarily argumentative and condescending. You would think they'd want our business as we had 5 people about to order.

I go here with very special people, I like the atmosphere, you will always be surrounded by a lot of youth, the people who serve you are very friendly and they also speak Spanish, which is very good, the flavors are creamy, the cones are crunchy and whatever you ask for they will give it with the best ingredient, Kindness.
