This place is the worst it used to be great ordered eggs with avocado. The avocado was spoiled and the eggs were way too well done tried to get my money back after two bites of my omelette. They gave me a four dollar discount will never be going back there Foodies beware it’s not good anymore. It used to be great.stay away

Been going here over 20 years. Service was beyond horrible this morning. Server was very rude. My friend ordered an omelet and after the server walked away, we realized she forgot to ask for white toast. Never saw the server again til she brought the food. I asked her if toast comes with the omelet. She rudely responded yes but she didn't tell me she wanted toast. So my friend said white toast please and our server actually huffed. We were like OH my goodness. Never experienced such a rude server ever. I guess we assumed she would have asked us what kind of toast when taking our order. Definitely won't be going back, plenty of other wonderful restaurants in the area. Also food was very salty, never in the past.

I was just charged $2.50 for cream cheese to go with my bagel When i asked why I was told that I was being rude and he refused to answer. If you want to be taken advantage of and be treated like crap. This is the place to go. What a terrible human.
We loved the food, counter service for checking out and purchasing goodies was absolutely horrible. The three staff members were all exceptionally rude. Please go back to the old staff, we have been going there for about 25 years, service is not like it used to be. Please employee people who want to be there, smile and serve customers. No grunting and eye rolling etc. oh and actually give customers what they asked for - I didn’t but didn’t want to say anything because they were so rude.

The problem with this deli lies within its management. Not hard to assume they don’t want to pay for labor because they were severely understaffed, only three servers for a lunch rush and no host. Felt bad for the servers because they seemed very stressed. Waited at our table for a bit to get the check and at some point we had assumed we might need to go to the counter to pay, so we did. Assumed manager/owner of the restaurant starts yelling at our server in front of the restaurant about his lack of attentiveness to his tables, keep in mind the severely understaffed bit. When we told this manager/owner to stop yelling at him because he was making us uncomfortable and he said “oh I pity the uncomfortable. That’s the type of guy I am I make people uncomfortable”. Hit it right on the nose sir. Otherwise food is a 4/10 the latkes are made from boiled potatoes which is not how it should be. Very average, sorry to the server if you see this.
