Just left!! Been going here for years. Sat down for lunch with my husband. We were there for 20 minutes no one came to table. Owner stopped and I said hey we’ve been here for 20 minutes. He’s response, I don’t care! Wow really we left

I love the way they chopped up their meat and cheese for salad
Stopped in at 11:30, was handed a menu and told to pick a table. No service at all. Went to ask the seater, he said he would be with me in a few minutes. Was not happy I asked. They were not that busy. This happens every time the owner is not there. I will not be going back!

Beware Haters of Cel-Ray!!! One of the best drinks known to mankind, and also one of the finest Jewish drinks. Owner said it was disgusting, and mocked me for even asking if they had it. How can you call yourself a deli and say such a thing. Go to NYC
bagel and bialy get yourself a better sandwich for 50% of the price and a delicious cel-ray. I will give them props to at least operating a Jewish deli when there are so few, sad times, miss the bagel in Old Orchard.
I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was great!!
Good crunch to eat fresh salad and a side of slaw was so delicious. ???????

This place is the classic "Jewish style" deli gem. The brunch crowd are gossiping older folks, who sit forever and get a million refills on their pickles. Their pickles are AMAZING, they have bagels, latkes, eggs, sandwiches, spreads, the best chicken soup (made with love), and their desserts are delicious. They even support local businesses and authors by selling items in their store and having little change collection bins (tzedakah boxes). Even prices are reasonable, especially considering inflation. You won't be disappointed by eating here!
Vegetarian options: Eggs, sandwiches, soups, salads, pancakes, wraps, all the typical deli-style options.
Dietary restrictions: They were very good about helping a friend of mine who just had surgery, with a list of "not allowed foods" figure out what she could eat!
Parking: Giant parking lot.

Best Jewish Deli on North Shore. Food on the menu is awesome but don’t forget what’s in the case. Try the smoked sable. Happy face cookies are always a hit. Great people!
