We ate at Pana Dining last night and absolutely loved it. There were six of dining and we could all actually hear one another which is rare in most restaurants. The food was unique and delicious. We tried a little of everything on the menu and it was all wonderful. The tres leches cake for dessert was truly exceptional. Somewhat hard to find, but that was half the fun. We will be back very soon.

Amazing and unique experience that I was not expecting! When I made the reservation I didn’t realize it was a pop up restaurant located within an industrial warehouse kitchen, but it was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, the tequeños and tres leches were to die for. Everything that we ordered from the menu was very savory, tasty, and pretty aunthentic!

Food was so authentic and the service was excellent. My first time trying Venezuelan cuisine, and I will certainly be back. The flavors were familiar, but not the same as Mexican, Cuban, or Puerto Rican. It was like I found a long, lost friend! The food was so fresh, it was amazing! Recommendation? Start out with the Teque Yoyo... they will just wake up your taste buds for the treat. I had the Pabellon, which was so flavorful, tender and fresh, it was a wonderful surprise. Also, try the empanadas or you will hate yourself for missing out.

This is a surprising pop up restaurant that serves very reasonably priced Venezuelan food. Everything we had was fresh and flavorful. We loved the Tequenos and the Cachapas (sweet corn pancakes) made with crispy pork we're excellent. We also enjoyed the Bellarepas with chicken and cheese. Because the restaurant is inside of a building that houses their catering facility there is not a lot of ambiance but the prices are very reasonable and the drinks are inexpensive as well. It's just a fun little neighborhood place that has really good food. I would go out of my way to go there again for some unusual food you can’t get anywhere else.

If you are looking for a unique and intimate dining experience, this is it. BellaRu Catering is launching a cool concept of a Venezuelan pop-up restaurant: Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings 5:30-9:30pm in their commercial kitchen. There are only six or so tables, and we were lucky to get an invite to their soft opening. I have never had Venezuelan food before, so it was a treat to even learn about the different styles of food from such a beautiful country. Their menu has a good variation of small and larger plates, designed by the Venezuelan staff members on Maya’s team. Our table ordered a bunch of things to share and we found everything to be delicious, but to me the most impressive item was the pork cachapas: pork blanketed in a sweet corn pancake, covered in cheese and sour cream. OMG. I could eat this thing every day of my life. The desserts were also fantastic, and they have a full bar. I snapped a picture of their menu - the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I will be back for more cachapas and arepas for sure!!

Extremely delish and fresh food that makes you want one of everything on the menu :) my children even loved everything (and they are picky). You can tell the food is handmade and that they care what they are serving.
