If you’re looking for a top-notch steakhouse, The Palm is where it’s at. I had the most incredible dinner here, and everything from the food to the service was absolutely terrific. The steaks? Out of this world! Perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and bursting with flavor. You can tell they really know what they’re doing back there.

The vibe in this place is on point—classy but not stuffy, and the staff? Totally on it. They made us feel like VIPs the whole night. Every dish we tried was a home run, and the portions were seriously generous. Plus, the cocktails were killer, like, we’re talking next-level good.

If you’re in Chicago and craving a seriously good steak, The Palm is the spot. Trust me, it’s legendary. You’ll leave stuffed and already planning your next visit!

I can't rave enough about this place. I had an event and the staff was excellent. Emily coordinated everything for me, and she did a top-notch job. I can not remember the staff's name that worked our room, but they were super attentive and handled everything with excellence. Every person in my group loved the food and the venue. I would definitely recommend The Palm of you're looking for an upscale venue to host a private party.

Don't get the poke bowl. The rice was old and dry. The toppings were ok. Their "sauce" is just sesame oil.
It tastes like someone went to Hawaii and saw a poke bowl one time, and thought they could duplicate that back at home.

I love this neighborhood place at Lakeshore East. The service is wonderful and one of the top burgers in Chicago. So juicy and flavorful. Mike the server is the best. Lobster bisque is delish. The chicken parm is huge and seasoned perfectly. Great place to meet new people or hang out with friends.

Overall, excellent dining experience. Had lobster bisque to start, which has a fair amount of claw meat in it, then wagyu ribeye and garlic mash. The steak comes with a whole head of seasoned and roasted garlic which is phenomenal when spread atop the steak. Tiramisu was exceptional. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal with a low-key atmosphere and impeccable service. Your breath will be kicking like Bruce Lee after that much garlic, but well worth chasing all your friends away.

Enjoyed a great business dinner recently at The Palm. We ordered a variety of appetizers and the shrimp was the best. Most folks enjoyed their dinner steaks that were delicious. The asparagus was local to Michigan which was nice and grilled. Mac and Cheese was good. We shared some desserts that were great. The service was good and generally on point. Atmosphere and Food for our group dinner was perfect.

Lets start off with they charge for refills via there small glass..Now lets get started on my experience. The service was good with no issues at all and the food wasn’t anything amazing. The price doesn’t reflect the average taste and the average restaurant inside of a hotel experience. I personally think this place is much to expensive for what you get and I feel like you can have a better experience & flavors elsewhere such as Gibson Italia or steak 48 which both are way better then this place in every way possible and these places wont be petty enough to charge you for a refill.
