The worst service possible. We left because we stat there over an hour without drinks. There were 2 tables in the resturaunt with 3 people each and that was it. Would give 0 stars if possible

I was visiting my daughter and she ordered take out from Ruby of Siam. The order was ready on-time and the staff was very pleasant and efficient. I was pleasently surprised on how delicious the food was. She ordered 5 entrees from here and All of the dishes were outstanding. This was one of the best Thai restaurants I ever have ordered from. It is a must try if you are in the Highland Park area.

I’m a patron customer here , been here almost every week and I keep ordering the same order the mix and match, server is rude not even asking us drinks to start. When I told my order he said we’re not doing it anymore and in a rude way. I’m so disappointed, even I love this place and food I will never ever comeback here anymore.

Excellent!! Me and family love to come here and it is always a pleasure to come and taste the delicious authentic Thai food. We just moved away and when we come back to visit it is always a treat to have. The food is delicious and is always on point. I personally love the pad see ew and the Edamame. I love a good Thai tea along with my meal as well. The food comes out in a reasonable amount of time and always warm and perfect for when you’re hungry and need a good meal.

Food is authentic and delicious! Recommend Garlic beef (pad prikthai beef) and one bite chicken - excellent. Curry sampler was fun to share. Service is slow but the food is worth it.

Have you ever been to a town on Memorial Day and 3/4 of the stores and restaurants are closed? Like what?!
Well, Ruby of Siam was open and it did not disappoint! There were no other patrons when we arrived, but that quickly changed as we were ordering... the entire town started to trickle in. (See, this is why should be open on a holiday... people are off and out!)
We did their lunch special meal where you pick one appetizer, one first course, second course, and then a dessert or special beverage. Everything was so good, but I highly recommend getting the Lime Chicken and eating it while it's still hot and crunchy. Oh my. So good!
Honestly, I'm not sure why this place doesn't have a 5 star rating. Our 4 person table with our two special needs sons enjoyed everything we ate, the service, and the comfy space. We will be back next time we are in the area!

Made a reservation for 8 people. They had 1 server who was more interested in talking with a friend than serving. We ended up doing some of his work. Food was mediocre and everyone’s meal came at different times. We had an excellent experience years ago and this was the opposite. We won’t be going back.
