Never have I felt more of a burden trying to order a simple tea and coffee here this morning. Zero people in line and I’m standing there waiting to order while the staff sits and discusses their weekend while just looking at me waiting in line. The barista from then across the room then shouting asking what I want while I’m at the register after noticing no one’s noticing I’m there in line - While trying to get my order finally voiced, of course they can’t hear me so we are in the loop of repeating myself with their frustration and trying to get my full order out without getting cut off. I’m then faced with anger attitude from the young kid behind the register when I then needed to ask again for for the rest of my order- of which was just two pastry items that I burdened him to put in a bag. Sorry this is absolutely pathetic. Do better. This is a business.

Please stop giving me Truff Jalapeno Lime hot sauce instead of Sriracha sauce for my breakfast wrap! I decided to try it today and it ruined my wrap. Don't believe me!? Try it for yourself. Thank goodness for a pack of sriracha in my drawer to save the day! Thank you for your understanding. Have a great rest of your day! xoxo

I stopped by today, on MY BIRTHDAY because I was offered free treat via email. The light was on and door opened, but it was a minute after closing. I didn't know it was closed already. I said: Hello, it's my birthday. The lady behind the counter start yelling at the top of her lungs: Leave immediately, we are closed, you can't be here. I was like: Oh, I didn't know, it's my birthday. She, very loud: Leave immediately! Thanks Starbucks, you made my birthday VERY SPECIAL.

My favorite Starbucks! The staff is always super friendly and greeting to everyone, Jen and Anna are always smiling and work super efficient and well. Love coming here everyday!
Been meaning to make a review. This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in Illinois. The service is out of this world, they remember your name and face even if you come only once a week. Every visit I come there, they make my Venti Iced Matcha Latte, w/ Coconut Milk and Vanilla Syrup perfectly. This is the only location that I trust will make their beverages right and do it by the cook book no matter who they hire as staff. They are also some of the nicest people and it's underrated how well they do their job.

Starbucks in highland Park is racist they put on a Passat like they are and not my daughter is black worked there for 9 months on January 4th 2024 she approached by a non black customer who had a problem because she forgot to double a cup and she apologized to the customer and than the non black customer approach her once again and he started you should stay on focus and my daughter felt scared of the customer so she responded back to the customer she didn't cuss at the customer she knows the policy and well after that the non black customer left a comment that he is a 50 years highland Park IL residents had been leaving bad comments and threatening to the store and calling ,so my daughter had to fill out paperwork on this and it was supposed to be investigated but it was not the store manager and the DM so on. Jan.24th 2024 she was fired ,and some of the other employees didn't not stand with her but an other employee had issues with and employee and he still work there oh cause his non black and the customer is not always Right.
