Placed an order in the drive thru yesterday, and received something that tasted like a dirty ashtray but I didn’t have time to return immediately. Stopped late in the day for a refund and the manager said they would only make me a new drink at that time. Asked for a credit or gift card as it was late in the day. Manager refused and said there was nothing she could do. Will never return!

Horrible Starbucks! Always closed during prime hours. 5:05 pm on a weekday is one visit from last week. What a great time to close. I’ve let that go and still supported them but the staff has been horrible. Making up prices when you visit the drive thru. An extra charge for no ice in my drink. That’s cool, just let me know when you take my order instead of just deducting it without saying a word . Had to go back to the drive-thru because they shorted me on the change. “We’re sorry, there’s an extra charge for no ice”. I’m actually done with Starbucks period…overpriced and just horrible service.

I visited the Starbucks drive-through this past Friday (7/18/25) around 11:30am and had a very upsetting experience. The woman working the drive through - an elderly white woman was extremely rude to me after I mispronounced a couple of words while ordering. Instead of responding with patience or professionalism, she repeated the words back to me in a loud, mocking, and condescending tone. It was shocking and frankly humiliating.
I’ve always appreciated Starbucks for its generally welcoming customer service, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I never expected to encounter that kind of behavior, let alone what felt like racially charged condescension from someone representing the company. I sincerely hope Starbucks takes a close look at who they choose to place in customer-facing roles. No one deserves to be treated like that.

I order food and coffee via drive through then I ask for glass of water as it’s very hot, Server denied water to me asking me to go back in line. I am daily customer of Starbucks, didn’t expect this kind of service.

Writing this review hoping to reach the management. The morning staff is fantastic. The afternoon team is majorly defective at both taking orders and entering the correct things as well as actually making the drinks. And they clearly seem to hate their job. Hopefully they can improve that crew

This Starbucks location always has the friendliest staff!
Love this petite Starbucks! They're the only Starbucks I know in the area that still gives you a beautiful ceramic mug when you ask for a cup of tea "for here". That little nod towards reusables says a lot about an establishment's character.There's also tons of natural night as half the building is all floor-to-ceiling windows.What a gem! ?

You guys can't argue with customers for some simple things, like adding more flavor in coffee!You need more training how to behave and be nice with customers!Also, cappuccino is terrible! ?
