Addie is hands down the best Starbucks employee I’ve ever met! She’s always friendly, quick, and makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. She literally brightens my whole day wit her positivity energy, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

And I also wanted to give a big shoutout to my guy Dominic as well. Every time I’m there he’s incredibly friendly, and professional you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. Thanks guys for being awesome!!!!

They repeatedly only fill your coffee order only half way. The past two times I’ve been there they hand me a coffee only half full, not the case at other locations.

Pricing is ALL over the place. April 30, iced grande Americano, with a splash of oatmilk: 7.90. ONE drink. May 6, iced grande Americano with oatmilk: 3.95. Grande iced coffee, 4.45, also splash of oatmilk. You have to be super specific apparently between "with oatmilk", which is going to run you an extra surprise .80, and "splash of oatmilk", which is free. Tax is also 9.0 percent here which adds almost an extra dollar to a 8$ order for 2 iced Americanos "with oatmilk". Consistency is pretty okay, depending on time of day is going to vary your service experience. I don't even know who to talk to about the pricing issue, but this is wild.

Just picked up my latte and what did I discover? I ordered the largest Venti (20 fl oz). It turned out to be smaller than the Grande (16 fl oz). Since I always pour into my thermos mug (16fl oz). The staff at this Starbucks are scammers. Be careful when picking up your order here.

This location used to have great staff and service. But since they hired a bunch of new staff I always have a ton of issues ordering my drinks if its not something exactly on the menu. On occasion the staff has been sassy or rude even when its not busy. And generally they seem un knowledgeable.I often have to send back drinks because proportions are way off. everything just seems very rushed and uncared for. its particularly disappointing because this used to be my favorite location and now i dread coming in
