My mother has been complaining about her caramel macchiato for 15 minutes now. She asked for extra caramel And says it barely tastes like caramel. It also had no foam which apparently she seems to enjoy. Please make better drinks. She was really looking forward to it.

If I don’t stop at my local Starbucks in Chicago, then I make it a point that in North Shore suburbs I only visit the one located inside Target. Caleb is ABSOLUTELY the sweetest, kindest young man, hands down best Barista and excels in his Customer Service skills. Good chance I’d never stop at this location if it were not for Caleb’s warm greeting and excellent customer service.
On the morning of 11/19/2022 I was charged $8 and some change for two KID’S hot chocolates. Barista should have known that wasn’t right for those drinks. She also wasn't very friendly, not rude, but just didn’t give me what I look forward to shopping at Starbucks. Kind of clouded my whole experience.Before I bought the kids drinks my husband got he and I a Peppermint Mocha and Oatmilk Caramel Machiatto. Both drinks tasted like the proportions were off. Disappointed. Hopefully she was new and this is just one of those things that happen when a nee person is left alone for the first few times.

When looking for a Starbucks I look for a great drive up ,and a great staff. The location on the highway in Highland Park Makes the grade.
Don't let the line of cars fool you, they have FAST service.
So this employee named Joy leans out the window at u and scares u with kindness in the drive thru. I thought for a minute we knew her she was so friendly. Creepy
Very friendly staff. Avoid school days between 8-9 the drive thru lane goes onto Deerfield rd
This is the best Starbucks in Highland Park. The staff are really friendly.

Cashier had to ask me my order 3 times and still didnt give it the the barista the right way. Not good!
