Men's restroom was out of soap meaning all employees using the men's restroom were not washing their hands. I did not feel good a day after my visit.

Guy was nice at first, but when it was time to build my sandwich he was too busy talking out loud in his language to his co worker buddy, felt like an outsider, and pretty much ignored me, never ask me if there was anything else …just rushed me right through the process,he pretty much assumed I was done adding a few things. I felt like I had to twist his arm to get a few toppings. $14 foot long almost made his way :/ never had such an experience at a subway before !.

WORST subway I have ever been to. The men in there are really controlling, disturbing, and judge mental of how you would like your sandwich. I have had multiple problems with this Highland Park location and wish they would CLOSE already. First, they sell old hard cookies. I could've wrote a bad review then but I like to give everyone a chance. Next, I call a day ahead asking do they accept coupons the guy said yeah. I come in the next day (which is today) to get two sandwiches the man has a problem on me liking extra mayonnaise. His exact words were "That's too much man.. I'm not gonna be able to close the sandwich". SIR if I'm paying for my food you should be able to supply what I want on my food. & He catches a whole attitude, but guess who's without. HIM and this franchise because not only did he just waste product of 2 sandwiches but also my money for the purchase and me being a valuable customer. I will no longer be spending my time nor money here. Unacceptable behavior. TOTALLY, don't recommend spending your valuable money here.

Not a great online order. My wife's sub was missing half the request and the same for mine. Also the cheese pizza was burnt. My kid was upset. I suggest watching them make your sub. I won't do a app order again at this location. The store was very clean. That is the only good thing I could say. Disappointed customer.

Ordered a Spicy Italian and they only put pepperoni on it. They didn't put salami on it until I asked. I asked for spinach and they only put three spinach leaves on the sandwich. I asked for onions and they literally just put TWO TINY slices. I had to ask them repeatedly to add more. They are EXTREMELY stingy with the toppings. It's ridiculous.

The place is clean and well stocked and the food was fresh, by sight and taste as well.The cashier was very nice, she greeted all of her customers and with such a friendly smile. She was attentive and helpful as well. I was happy I chose them today ?.
