Stopped in halfway into a 50 mile bike ride for a pick me up. The oatmeal cookie was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Chocolate chip was also excellent but that oatmeal cookie was out of this world. Gotta ride back up one day soon.

Lots of variety in what they offer and the perfect place to swing by and grab a great. Their items are also large and easily shareable.
Staff at the shop are also lovely and very friendly.

Very horrible customer service. I mentioned my dog was a service animal and the woman working there made a disgusted face and looked at me disrespectfully and unwelcoming. I instantly walked out and mentioned this was disrespectful behavior; I overheard her talking to customers about me as I’m walking out. I spent 60 seconds in that place and never will come back.

Just like in life, everyone deserves a second chance. This is my third time at Sugarcoated and my second review. This time everything purchased was wonderful and as fresh as could be. My biggest surprise was the Old Fashion Oatmeal cookie, there are not your grandmother’s oatmeal cookies, these are amazing! I also feel a real good vibe from the owner who was very cordial and appreciative of my support. I will be back!

The lady at the counter was very nice and the space is cute, but their selection is very limited and it’s expensive. Can’t believe I paid almost $7 dollars for a small cake jar. The cookies are good though.

First visit to Sugarcoated today, and WOW! it is delicious. I picked up a box of scrumptious treats and enjoyed the best oat meal cookie I've ever eaten.

I was a little disappointed with the taste and freshness. The items are huge so you do get your monies worth. I may be a bit critical but when I’m willing to shell out $5 for a cookie or bar I’m expecting something very special and fresh.

Came here for the 1st time today and tried 2 pieces of cake, a vanilla cake and a red velvet cheese cake. both were outstanding! I also ordered some custom cookies for my daughter's birthday. Can't wait to try them. Met the two owners, Hillary and Allison. They could not have been nicer. Both super helpful. Highly recommend this place.
