Very quaint and authentic environment in a nice part of town. Highland park roll was nice, as well as the different Don's. Plum wine was pleasant and prices were fair. Nice regional variant of traditional Japanese food.
Very regular food.I decided to go there because of the good reviews, and I ordered 7 different rolls. None of them were special at all, I wouldn't say they were bad, but definitely nothing amazing.
The quality and portions have declined. It is not as flavorful as it used to be. Sushi portions were smaller and the sukiyaki had tiny bit of beef and overcompensated with tofu and noodles to bulk it up. Not worth the price they charge.
