The people who call this the worst Taco Bell in the world must have only gone to one other in their life. I travel for a living and this may be one of the best. Go to a Cincinnati location and you will realize that fast. They are fast and courteous and I never had a wrong order and the food tastes fine. Not sure who lets a review of TB decide whether they will go there or not but if you do this place is fine.

Worst Taco Bell location ever. Clearly it's a management issue because they've had a screen out for about a year now. They just screwed up my order for the third time, I'm never going here again.Instead of burrito supreme, one of my items was a bean and cheese taco that was wrapped in a burrito shell. How do you screw up this kind of food? It's about the easiest thing to make!

Very expensive now a days. Better to go Chipotle for less cost and high quality.

Generally a pretty good location. Food is always fresh and tasty. The placement of the drive thru ordering screen is kind not great having a loud carwash on one side and a busy highway on the other. So sometimes it's hard to hear to be able to place your order.When it rains the lot floods for some reason.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options which is more than most fast food places. They have a black bean crunchwrap supreme, bean burritos, a really good potato taco, and a few other vegetarian dishes.

I had food delivered.one of my items had what seems to be either a piece of bone or possibly a piece of a plastic cutting board that broke off.If i bit harder into that food item, i could have broken a tooth.When i tried to submit a complaint/inform the store of potential issues in their food supply / safety concern, their website refused to allow me to submit the complaint.
