Takes 25 minutes for a pick up order, which can be extremely frustrating if you only have 30 minutes for lunch.

My fuss is how nasty in appearance the workers(2)looked. I tried to order 6 double cheeseburgers @ 10:45 and they said the broiler was down. After looking at who was preparing food, I'm so glad that it was. Never again @ this place

We waited 27 minutes to get our food. When I complained about the wait, we were given 2 cookies for 3 of us. While waiting, one employee held a bag in her mouth and when the chicken nuggets were ready, she put the nuggets in that bag to give to the customer. She dropped a bag on the floor, picked it up and used it for more nuggets. So disappointing.

Last week, I went through the drive thru at 7:30am to place a small order. I sat there for what seemed like forever, and then the lady comes on and does her spill. At close she says 'just to let you know if you order, there will be a 10 min wait.' 'Im like excuse me?' She in return tells me there is a 10 min wait bc they opened late. I was really annoyed and just left. The purpose of fast food AND a drive thru is FAST service (right?) It isnt my issue that they got there late. I wasn't even getting anything that needed to be put in a fryer (but she never asked me what it was I wanted to order... hell, it could have been just a drink.) Missed opportunity for a sale, honestly. Then today, 6:40am my son wanted something from there. I said we could try again. We sat in the drive thru AGAIN. There were 3 cars (one being us) and we sat there 10 mins with zero movement. The first vehicle drove around the building, im guessing he didnt get service, and the guy in front of me drove up and sat. So, I left. It is literally ridiculous. Close down if y'all cant get it together.

Horrible experience...20+ minutes in drive through...nobody came to the window. They disappeared. Opened the window. Yelled inside. Nobody answered.

3 employees behind the counter. Two customers in the lobby. Food was cold, looks like it was thrown together without any pride in thier work, Employee at counter seemed like we were a burden to him even though we only placed an order and did not bother them anymore after that. I now understand why BK is going bankrupt and selling locations.
