“Today was our first visit to Diamond Mineral Springs. I took my dad out for lunch to celebrate Father's Day. The food and the service were phenomenal! I also loved the feeling of being surrounded by history. If those walls could talk, I bet there would be some stories to tell. We had more than enough food for the two of us with the family style meal. The bourbon brown sugar salmon flaked off beautifully and absolutely melted in my mouth. So delicious! The biscuits and apple butter were also worth mentioning. My dad got the walleye and said that it was really good as well. Our server made sure that we were well taken care of - topping off our drinks and making sure our first visit wouldn't be our last. Her smile and cheerful personality made our meal that much more delightful. We had no room for dessert at the time, but made sure to get some pie and cake to take home for later that evening. I highly recommend this strategy, because you won't want to miss out on their delicious pie. A big meal, a nice nap at home, and then wake up to enjoy dessert - you really can't go wrong with a plan like that. 😉”

“It’s just a terrific bar and grill. The flattop grill is so well seasoned, the burgers are delicious. Chili is great but only available in cooler/cold months. Sloppy Joes in warm weather. If you’re nearby, it’s a must-do dining experience.”

“This is an amazing bar and Grill. The atmosphere is splendid. Plenty of seating. The wings were just amazing. One of my favorite wing spots. They could use more or larger restrooms. Other than that, I highly recommend.”

“We had my daughter's birthday party here. It was such a fun and unique experience and very different than other parties we'd held or attended. Every guest got to leave with their very own work of art. All we had to do was show up, and they took care of the rest. Everyone had an amazing time! Highly recommended, especially for birthday parties.”

“I have deemed Highland Scooters to be the best Scooters in the area. I have been to Greenville and Edwardsville Scooters and neither compare. Highland always has the best cooked and represented food out of those locations and they have never messed up my order.”

“I purchased a beautiful COCONUT Cake from Patty Cakes at Easter which was divine, beyond delicious and an experience everyone should 'know.' My dear friend had called earlier to find out if Patty Cakes, made Coconut cakes or not. Which they said of all the many they make, they do not,,,,but as a special Easter blessing would make a Coconut cake for Easter. So when I called to order the Coconut cake, and a clerk who didn't know this had transpired answered and said no Easter Coconut cake! BUT GUESS WHAT???? The owner of Patty Cakes called me and said of course they'd make a
Coconut cake! What a great experience!!!! I can't say enough about how wonderful the service and the ppl are at Patty Cakes AND the Coconut cake was SCRUMPTIOUS!!!!”
