Hardee's in Highland has recently improved, offering fresh and hot food with better bacon. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, especially during busy times. Employees like Jules, Carolyn, Kenzie, Sheryl, and Kevin are praised for their bright, kind, and attentive service, making customers feel welcome and appreciated. The drive-thru team consistently provides good service with few errors, even during the morning rush. The store is reliable for fast food, and the crew's know-how helps ensure smooth and quick pickups, including using the app. Many customers appreciate the positive attitude and professionalism of the staff, who greet customers with smiles and make sure orders are correct. The atmosphere, however, could be improved with different music, as the same oldies playlist has been heard several times. Overall, Hardee's Highland stands out for its friendly service, timely food, and dedicated team.
