Great service and food.
The food is very good! We go there frequently and we have noticed over the past month some changes. After your food is delivered you never see a server again on the floor. If you want a drink refill or something else you have to go to the counter. I don’t know why the servers are only seen when delivering food then disappear to the kitchen. It never used to be that way. Not sure if policy has changed, staff cuts or what may have brought on these changes.
I love this place! People are friendly, food is great, never had a super long wait even when they are packed. We had a minor issue the last time we ate there and was amazed at how much the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and we were leaving happy. If you visit them, definitely get some pie. Thank you all for the great food and excellent customer service!!
