Classic small town dive bar with very tasty sandwiches and sweet bartenders. I think the grill is only open for lunch. Sad thing is they got Stag on tap for like $0.75 but I'm working. Brutal!
This is a little hole in the wall tavern that has the BEST cheeseburgers in Highland, and pretty damn good chili too. The staff is very friendly, the clientele is VERY colorful. And surprisingly enough the owner is a Cubs fan smack in the middle of Cardinals county (Explains all the Cubs decor.) Great food at cheap prices.

It’s just a terrific bar and grill. The flattop grill is so well seasoned, the burgers are delicious. Chili is great but only available in cooler/cold months. Sloppy Joes in warm weather. If you’re nearby, it’s a must-do dining experience.
