The ice cream is delicious! Some unique flavors too! The employees are really really nice. They will have conversations and joke with you if you start talking. The place is full of bright colors and replicas of cakes. There are no chairs or tables inside but there are plenty on the square. They have little cups and cones filled with what I think is clay to show you what your ice cream with look like. They are definitely not stingy with how much ice cream they give you. Nor the toppings. :) They give you punch cards too! Definitely recommend if your in the mood for ice cream.Dietary restrictions: Don't eat if your lactose intolerant. I think they have gluten free ones if i remember correctly.Kid-friendliness: Just like you would expect, it's great for kids. It's ice cream!

We have been coming to City Scoops for many years now and it is consistently yummy. Their ice cream is very rich and creamy and they are always testing out new flavors. They also provide family games like Connect 4, which we really enjoy playing while we eat our ice cream. My son recently got the bananas foster ice cream and oh my was it good! It perfectly captured that flambéed flavor. My other sons prefer the vanilla and Elsa flavors while my fiancé loves their strawberry shakes! The service is always friendly and the interior is clean, bright, and welcoming. City Scoops is always a family fave!

Best ice cream around - always great staff. You can tell the difference in the taste of this ice cream vs others .. flavors are always rich. Prices are competitive with other local places , chains included . This is best bet for ice cream in the 618 area .

The Custard is amazing, people are extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside is that they are expensive $$$, for 3 people with basic flavors was well over $30. We will go back but when we have the money to spend.
