This was our first time to visit this quaint, charming resteraunt. We had onion rings for an appetizer; the family style meal was well prepared and well seasoned. All four of us enjoyed our entrees, salmon, fried chicken, country fried steak, and chicken and dumplings. Went to eat on Easter Sunday. The place was absolutely packed. We had reservations for 2:30 p.m., and we had to wait until 3 p.m. to be seated. The restaurant did run out of many of their pies and cakes, but they had prepared plenty of other food, which was delicious as usual. Holidays are buffet style dining, and there were a ton of options. The staff were incredibly kind and made sure to check on our table multiple times.
